As part of the WYCA "Good Growth Programme", Fluid team member Jason Lock recently had the pleasure of hosting an Oxford Innovation Digitalisation Masterclass.

A great opportunity to assess digital maturity

This event was a great opportunity to engage with industry leaders and discuss digital transformation and IT maturity.

During the masterclass, we used the Fluid IT Consulting Digital and IT Maturity Model to assess participants’ digital maturity and provide actionable recommendations. We covered the importance of digital maturity in achieving competitive advantages like revenue growth, cost and resource efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.

An interactive survey evaluated participants’ digital maturity across eight key pillars, offering high-level recommendations for improvement.

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive over the last few months, with many finding the session informative and eye-opening.
